Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Optional fillings: diced tomatoes, lettuce, beans, jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Brown Beef: Cook beef in skillet until browned. Drain, then add seasoning and water. Simmer until thick.
