Description
Bang Bang Sauce is a creamy, sweet, and spicy condiment that comes together in under 5 minutes. It’s perfect for shrimp, chicken, veggies, or bowls, and incredibly easy to customize.
Ingredients
- ½ cup (120 g) mayonnaise
- ¼ cup (66 g) Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1–2 teaspoons (6–12 g) Sriracha
- 2 teaspoons (14 g) honey
Instructions
- Add mayonnaise to a medium bowl.
- Pour in Thai sweet chili sauce and Sriracha.
- Drizzle in honey for balance.
- Whisk everything until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
Notes
- You can make your own Thai sweet chili sauce at home using our recipe.
- To lighten the sauce, substitute half the mayonnaise with plain Greek yogurt.
- For a vegan version, use egg-free mayonnaise and ensure your chili sauce contains no fish sauce.
