Description
Spooky green Beetlejuice cocktail made with vodka, Midori, Blue Curaçao, and cranberry juice. Perfect for Halloween parties.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Midori (melon liqueur)
- ½ oz Blue Curaçao
- 1 oz Cranberry juice
- Ice to fill glass
- Lime wedge or candy eyeball (garnish)
Instructions
- Chill a cocktail glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Fill the glass with fresh ice.
- Add vodka and Midori directly into the glass.
- Pour in Blue Curaçao and cranberry juice.
- Stir gently to mix and activate the colors.
- Garnish with lime wedge or candy eyeball and serve.
Notes
To make ahead, mix all liquids and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Stir before serving and add ice last. Best served chilled in a frosty glass.
