Description
These crostini combine creamy burrata and stracciatella with sweet roasted cherry tomatoes on toasted baguette slices—a perfect appetizer or party bite.

- 1 ball burrata cheese
- ½ cup stracciatella cheese
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves
- Optional: garlic clove
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Roast tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper for 15–20 minutes.
- Toast baguette slices until golden.
- Optional: rub with garlic.
- Spread stracciatella on half of the crostini.
- Top the rest with burrata slices.
- Spoon tomatoes over each.
- Garnish with basil, olive oil, and pepper. Serve immediately.

- Use balsamic glaze for extra flavor.
- Substitute heirloom tomatoes if preferred.
