Ingredients

  • ½ cup stracciatella cheese
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Optional: garlic clove

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Roast tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Toast baguette slices until golden.
  4. Optional: rub with garlic.
  5. Spread stracciatella on half of the crostini.
  6. Top the rest with burrata slices.
  7. Spoon tomatoes over each.
  8. Garnish with basil, olive oil, and pepper. Serve immediately.
