Description

A creamy, fresh twist on classic Caesar salad with pasta, romaine, tomatoes, and parmesan. Perfect as a side or a complete meal.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1½ cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup croutons
  • Optional: grilled chicken, red bell pepper, diced avocado


Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water, drain, and cool.
  2. Chop Veggies: Prep lettuce, tomatoes, and any add-ins.
  3. Mix: Toss pasta with Caesar dressing in a large bowl.
  4. Add: Stir in romaine, tomatoes, and Parmesan.
