Description

This caramel apple cheesecake dip is a no-bake, creamy fall dessert made with cream cheese, brown sugar, and caramel sauce. Served with apple slices, cookies, or pretzels, it’s perfect for parties and ready in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 5.5 oz caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup pecans, toasted
  • 23 apples, sliced

Instructions

  1. Let cream cheese soften to room temperature.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar, cream, and vanilla until fluffy.
  3. Spread the mixture into a shallow serving dish.
  4. Warm caramel sauce slightly and pour it over the cream cheese base. Spread evenly.
  5. Top with toasted pecans or your preferred toppings.
  6. Chill for 20–30 minutes or serve immediately with fresh apple slices.

Notes

  • Use tart apples like Granny Smith for contrast.
  • Beat the cream cheese mixture longer for a fluffier texture.
  • For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt and low-sugar caramel.
  • To keep apple slices from browning, dip in lemon water before serving.
