Instructions
- Prep Crust: Mix crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Press into pan.
- Swirl Mixture: Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter until crumbly.
- Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, eggs, sour cream, and flour.
- Assemble: Layer batter and swirl mix; swirl gently with knife.
- Bake: 325°F in water bath for 60–70 mins. Cool in oven, then chill.
- Glaze: Drizzle optional cream cheese glaze before serving.
