    • 24 oz cream cheese
    • ¾ cup sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 3 eggs
    • ½ cup sour cream
    • 2 tbsp flour
  • Glaze (optional):
    • 4 oz cream cheese
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 12 tbsp milk
    • ½ tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Prep Crust: Mix crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Press into pan.
  2. Swirl Mixture: Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter until crumbly.
  3. Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, eggs, sour cream, and flour.
  4. Assemble: Layer batter and swirl mix; swirl gently with knife.
  5. Bake: 325°F in water bath for 60–70 mins. Cool in oven, then chill.
  6. Glaze: Drizzle optional cream cheese glaze before serving.
