- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast (rotisserie recommended)
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix gently.
- Stir in most of the shredded cheddar cheese, reserving some for topping.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar and blue cheese crumbles.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbling and golden.
- Remove from oven, cool slightly, and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
