- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Toast baguette slices for 6–8 minutes until golden.
- Mix goat cheese with 1 tbsp olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Fill mushrooms with the cheese mixture and bake for 15 minutes.
- Spread cheese on toasted baguette slices, top with walnuts, drizzle with honey, and garnish with extra parsley.
