Description

These goat cheese appetizers combine creamy, tangy flavors with crunchy textures and sweet drizzles—perfect for entertaining or casual snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 log (8 oz) soft goat cheese
  • 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 810 cremini mushrooms, stems removed
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Toast baguette slices for 6–8 minutes until golden.
  3. Mix goat cheese with 1 tbsp olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill mushrooms with the cheese mixture and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Spread cheese on toasted baguette slices, top with walnuts, drizzle with honey, and garnish with extra parsley.
