Description

A refreshing and colorful drink bursting with berries, citrus, and a hint of honey—perfect for sunny days, gatherings, or a midday pick-me-up.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup seedless red grapes (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup strawberries (hulled and halved)
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 small orange (sliced into rounds)
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced, plus extra slices for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups cold water or sparkling water
  • Ice cubes (for serving)
  • Fresh mint sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Fruit: Rinse berries and grapes. Slice strawberries and orange. Remove any citrus seeds.
  2. Blend the Base: In a blender, mix grapes, strawberries, raspberries, lemon juice, honey, and 1 cup water. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain (Optional): Pour mixture through a sieve to remove pulp for a smoother texture.
  4. Add Citrus and Berries: Add blueberries and orange slices to the pitcher. Stir in the second cup of water or sparkling water.
