Ingredients
- 1 cup seedless red grapes (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup strawberries (hulled and halved)
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 small orange (sliced into rounds)
- 1/2 lemon (juiced, plus extra slices for garnish)
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
- 2 cups cold water or sparkling water
- Ice cubes (for serving)
- Fresh mint sprigs (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep the Fruit: Rinse berries and grapes. Slice strawberries and orange. Remove any citrus seeds.
- Blend the Base: In a blender, mix grapes, strawberries, raspberries, lemon juice, honey, and 1 cup water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain (Optional): Pour mixture through a sieve to remove pulp for a smoother texture.
- Add Citrus and Berries: Add blueberries and orange slices to the pitcher. Stir in the second cup of water or sparkling water.
- Serve Over Ice: Pour drink over ice in glasses.
- Garnish and Enjoy: Add lemon slices and mint. Serve cold.
