Description

These Ghoulish Stuffed Mushrooms are the ultimate Halloween party appetizer—easy to prep, spooky in appearance, and full of creamy, garlicky flavor.

Ingredients

  • 12 large white mushrooms
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • A few drops of green or purple food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment or grease lightly.
  2. Wipe mushrooms clean and remove stems to create caps for stuffing.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and food coloring until blended.
  4. Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture, pressing gently so it stays in place.
  5. Arrange mushrooms on the baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm, paired with your favorite dip or Halloween-themed side.

Notes

Let leftovers cool completely, then store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in a 350°F oven for 10–15 minutes until warmed through. Avoid microwaving for best texture.
