These Ghoulish Stuffed Mushrooms are the ultimate Halloween party appetizer—easy to prep, spooky in appearance, and full of creamy, garlicky flavor.
Ingredients
- 12 large white mushrooms
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- A few drops of green or purple food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment or grease lightly.
- Wipe mushrooms clean and remove stems to create caps for stuffing.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and food coloring until blended.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture, pressing gently so it stays in place.
- Arrange mushrooms on the baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm, paired with your favorite dip or Halloween-themed side.
Notes
Let leftovers cool completely, then store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in a 350°F oven for 10–15 minutes until warmed through. Avoid microwaving for best texture.
