Description

This refreshing grape-based fruit riot is naturally sweet, customizable, and the perfect way to cool down with bold, juicy flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups seedless grapes (red or black)
  • 1 cup grape juice (optional)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Sweetener to taste (honey, agave, or stevia)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • Citrus or berries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the Grapes: Rinse the grapes thoroughly to remove dirt.
  2. Blend Base: Combine grapes, 1 cup water, lemon juice, and sweetener in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add Grape Juice: Pour in grape juice if using and blend again.
  4. Strain: For a smoother texture, strain the mixture into a pitcher.
  5. Chill: Pour the juice over ice cubes to cool it down.
  6. Add Sparkle: Top with sparkling water if desired.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Add mint or fruit slices and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Add frozen grapes instead of ice for extra flavor.
  • Make ahead and refrigerate without sparkling water.
  • Blend with other fruits for variety.
