- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Combine Spices: Mix all dry spices in a small bowl.
- Mix Meat: Add vinegar and spices to ground pork; mix well.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Cook: Brown chorizo in a skillet over medium heat for 8–10 minutes.
- Serve: Use in tacos, eggs, or your favorite dish.
