Description

This Japanese Mounjaro recipe blends ceremonial-grade matcha, kelp, and ginger for a warm, energizing, and antioxidant-rich wellness drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ceremonial-grade matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp dried kelp (finely chopped or powdered)
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1/2 tsp dried yuzu peel or lemon zest (optional)
  • 1 cup hot water (just under boiling)
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Sift the matcha powder into a bowl to remove clumps.
  2. Pour the hot water over the sifted matcha and whisk until smooth and frothy.
  3. Stir in the finely chopped kelp and grated ginger. If using, add the yuzu peel or lemon zest.
  4. Optionally, sweeten with raw honey to taste, and enjoy the drink warm.

Notes

  • For a cooling variation, chill the prepared drink and serve over ice.
  • Substitute yuzu peel with lemon or lime zest for a similar citrus flavor.
  • Add honey gradually to control sweetness.
