Description

This rich and cheesy Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole is the perfect comfort food dinner. With layers of creamy cheese, seasoned meat sauce, and pasta, it’s a family favorite baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb spaghetti, cooked
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F and butter a 9×13 inch dish.
  2. Cook Pasta: Boil spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare Sauce: Brown ground beef, drain, add marinara sauce, and simmer.
  4. Make Cream Mixture: Mix cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  5. Layer Dish: Pasta, cream mixture, more pasta, meat sauce.
  6. Top with Cheese: Add mozzarella, cheddar, and seasoning.
  7. Bake: Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until golden.
  8. Serve: Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve.
