- 1 lb spaghetti, cooked
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F and butter a 9×13 inch dish.
- Cook Pasta: Boil spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare Sauce: Brown ground beef, drain, add marinara sauce, and simmer.
- Make Cream Mixture: Mix cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Layer Dish: Pasta, cream mixture, more pasta, meat sauce.
- Top with Cheese: Add mozzarella, cheddar, and seasoning.
- Bake: Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until golden.
- Serve: Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve.
