- 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup whipped heavy cream
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Make the Crust: Mix crumbs and butter, press into pan, chill.
- Make Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, fold in whipped cream and pineapple.
- Assemble: Spread filling over crust.
- Add Fruit: Layer bananas and strawberries on top.
- Decorate: Pipe whipped cream, drizzle syrup, add nuts.
- Chill: Refrigerate 4+ hours before slicing.
