Ingredients

  • 23 Tbsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 812 oz filtered water
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar (optional)
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)


Instructions

  1. Dissolve the pink salt in filtered water to create a sole solution and let sit for 12–24 hours.
  2. Each morning, mix one teaspoon of sole (or ½–1 tsp pink salt) into a glass of water.
  3. Add lemon juice or apple cider vinegar if desired. Stir well.
