  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken
    In a large mixing bowl, combine diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly coated.
  2. Cook the Chicken
    Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 7–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temp 165°F).
  3. Warm the Tortillas
    Warm each tortilla in a dry skillet or microwave for about 20 seconds to make them more pliable.
  4. Assemble the Wraps
    Spread a spoonful of garlic sauce down the center of each tortilla. Top with cooked chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and any desired add-ins.
  5. Roll and Toast the Wraps
    Fold the bottom of the tortilla up, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly. Place each wrap seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat and toast for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
