Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tbsp non-alcoholic limoncello syrup
  • ¾ cup sparkling water or club soda
  • 45 fresh raspberries
  • 1 sprig fresh mint
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill Glassware: Place glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  2. Add Ice: Fill glasses halfway with ice if using.
  3. Add Syrup: Pour 2 tbsp of limoncello syrup into each glass.
  4. Pour Sparkling Water: Slowly top with sparkling water to preserve fizz.
  5. Add Fruit: Drop in raspberries.
  6. Garnish: Add mint and serve immediately.

Notes

For a sweeter drink, add a splash of lemonade or flavored syrup. Frozen raspberries can double as ice cubes.
