Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups crushed chocolate cookies
- ¼ cup melted unsalted butter
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp sugar
- 24 oz cream cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp flour (optional)
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
- Combine cookies, butter, and sugar for crust; bake 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese with sugar; add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla.
- Bake cheesecake in water bath at 325°F for 55–65 minutes.
- Melt chocolate with cream; pipe circles and drag toothpick to create web.
