Description

Soft, swirled strawberry banana pudding cookies paired with a fluffy cheesecake dip for the ultimate fruity, creamy dessert combo.


Ingredients

Cookies:

  • 1 box banana cream pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Dip:

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup whipped topping
  • Optional: chopped fruit

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet.
  2. Beat butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla. Stir in pudding mix, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Swirl in jam gently.
  4. Scoop dough and bake for 9–11 minutes.
  5. Mix dip ingredients until smooth. Chill.
  6. Serve cookies with dip on the side or drizzled on top.

Notes

Add chocolate chips or nuts if desired. Store cookies in an airtight container and dip in the fridge.
