Cookies:
- 1 box banana cream pudding mix (3.4 oz)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
Dip:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup whipped topping
- Optional: chopped fruit
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet.
- Beat butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla. Stir in pudding mix, flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Swirl in jam gently.
- Scoop dough and bake for 9–11 minutes.
- Mix dip ingredients until smooth. Chill.
- Serve cookies with dip on the side or drizzled on top.
Notes
Add chocolate chips or nuts if desired. Store cookies in an airtight container and dip in the fridge.
