Description

This soothing pink salt drink blends Himalayan salt, lemon juice, and optional wellness boosters for a refreshing start to your day.


Ingredients

  • ¼ tsp Himalayan pink salt (fine-ground)
  • 8 oz warm filtered water (~120°F / 49°C)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (about ½ lemon)

Optional Boosters:

  • ½ tsp raw honey
  • 1 small pinch cayenne pepper


Instructions

  1. Warm Water: Pour warm water into a heat-safe glass.
  2. Dissolve Salt: Add the Himalayan pink salt and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add Flavor Boosters: Mix in lemon juice. Add honey and cayenne if desired; whisk briskly.
  4. Sip & Enjoy: Drink slowly over 2–3 minutes before food or coffee.
