A quick morning hydration drink made with Himalayan pink salt, lemon juice, and optional boosters to support metabolism and digestion.


Ingredients

  • ¼ tsp Himalayan pink salt (fine-ground)
  • 8 oz warm filtered water (~120°F / 49°C)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (about ½ lemon)
  • Optional: ½ tsp raw honey
  • Optional: 1 small pinch cayenne pepper


Instructions

  1. Pour warm water into a heat-safe glass.
  2. Add the Himalayan pink salt and stir until dissolved.
  3. Mix in lemon juice. Add honey and cayenne if desired; whisk briskly.
