A quick morning hydration drink made with Himalayan pink salt, lemon juice, and optional boosters to support metabolism and digestion.
Ingredients
- ¼ tsp Himalayan pink salt (fine-ground)
- 8 oz warm filtered water (~120°F / 49°C)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (about ½ lemon)
- Optional: ½ tsp raw honey
- Optional: 1 small pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Pour warm water into a heat-safe glass.
- Add the Himalayan pink salt and stir until dissolved.
- Mix in lemon juice. Add honey and cayenne if desired; whisk briskly.
- Drink slowly over 2–3 minutes before food or coffee.
Notes
