Ingredients
- Tamarind paste – 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise – 1/4 cup
- Chili garlic sauce – 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce – 1 teaspoon
- Brown sugar – 1 tablespoon
- Lime juice – 1 tablespoon
- Water (optional, to thin) – 1–2 tablespoons
Instructions
- Combine tamarind and lime juice. Stir until smooth and lump-free.
- Add mayo, chili garlic sauce, and soy. Blend until creamy and emulsified.
- Stir in the brown sugar until dissolved.
- Adjust texture by stirring in water to desired consistency.
- Taste and tweak. Add chili sauce for heat or sugar to reduce sourness.
